If you prefer you may attach a stamped addressed envelope to your request and we will post it back to you.

Please note we are unable to deal with your repeat prescription request over the telephone or via fax.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, pharmacist or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. This will usually correspond and fall within your birthday month.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
