Our practice is supported by a shared Medicines Optimisation team, who work alongside our practitioners.  In order for them to provide recommendations of medication changes following review, they will use a third party company – Docmail – to provide letters where these are required.   Please be assured that we have undertaken a data protection impact assessment for the use of Docmail, and are assured that they have in place the required technical and organisational security measures.
